Your order is not accepted until payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation.

Customers may request cancellation of an order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting The Cap Cafe at shopcapcafe@gmail.com.
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and will only be accepted if the order has not yet entered processing or fulfillment.
Once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Products purchased from The Cap Cafe are intended for personal use unless otherwise agreed upon.

Once your order has been shipped and transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.
If a package is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in communicating with the shipping carrier, but The Cap Cafe is not responsible for issues caused by the carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped due to incorrect information provided at checkout.
